Chantal is an Organisational Psychologist and Executive Coach who possesses over 25 years of human resource consulting experience, gained as a consultant in Australia and as an internal business partner and external consultant across the Middle East, the UK & Europe. Chantal is experienced in designing and implementing organisational development, change and talent management strategies.
Chantal has gained extensive industry exposure across Education, Banking & Finance, Federal & Local Government Entities, Telecommunications, Aviation, Professional Services, Healthcare, Retail, Hospitality, Real Estate, Insurance, Engineering and FMCG. Chantal acted as a Lead Facilitator & Executive Coach for KPMG’s business school in Melbourne, Australia for many years.
Chantal’s coaching and facilitation approach is behaviourally focused, practical and commercial. Jim Butcher is a global respected authority in strategy execution, scenario planning, financial expertise and ESG leadership, with over 35 years of executive and advisory experience across public and private sectors. As a former Executive Director at NEOM, MD and CSO at Morgan Stanley, and Senior Partner at GBN and BCG, he has led strategy and transformation efforts for governments, global and Fortune 100 companies – including in the Middle East.
Jim received his M.A. and B.A. degrees in Philosophy, Politics and Economics (PPE) at Oxford University, England, where he was a Rhodes Scholar. His undergraduate degree is in civil and environmental engineering from Utah State University. He has written a variety of articles, including in the Harvard Business Review (HBR). He is a keynote speaker for many conferences, including the recent FII’s 4th event on ESG, leading business schools (Oxford, Yale and Stanford) and has served on various advisory panels and Boards.
